this privacy policy is to inform you of the ways we will use the
information we collect from you. If you do not agree with this

for products, samples, services, etc. This information may be used
to contact you with questions or issues regarding your order. We
will also maintain a record of the products and services you have

you will not be able to purchase products or services from us
without this information. In using our websites, you will remain
anonymous unless personal information is volunteered to us.

confirming and tracking your order and notifying you of specials,
promotions, services, and offers.

information with companies who provide certain services including
credit card processing, shipping, and data management. We may also
disclose your information in instances where the law requires us to

If you prefer we
do not contact you regarding specials, promotions, services, and
offers, please email your request to

number. Please do the same if you would like to update your
information if you have moved or changed phone numbers or email
addresses and would still like to receive communications from us.

We take all
necessary precautions when it comes to protecting your information.
We use a secure server with sophisticated encryption and
authentication tools. Unfortunately, no data transmission over the
internet can be guaranteed 100% secure. It is a main priority of
ours to protect your privacy and information. However, we cannot
guarantee or warrant the security of any information you transmit to
and from our web sites. This is done at your own risk.

Shipping and
Delivery
thehodrodmall.com ships anywhere in the continental United States. We do ship
to Hawaii and Alaska or international call for a price quote.
Shipping Information:
For your own protection. All items must be inspected for damage
while the delivery driver is at your door. Please do not sign for
delivery until you have determined that all packages have
arrived in satisfactory condition. The freight company will not
accept a damage claim unless the damage is reported immediately in
the presence of the delivery driver.
Please Note: The
shipping times we quote are estimates, not guarantees. When it comes
to order times we are depending on the factory to provide us with
the estimated ship date. If we find that there's going to be an
unusual delay for your order, we will notify you.
NOTE!! UNLESS OTHERWISE
ARRANGED ALL TRUCK DELIVERIES ARE CURBSIDE ONLY AND THEY DO NOT
BRING THE PRODUCTS INSIDE.
Out of Stock/Backorder Products:
In some cases items will be backordered and out of stock. You will
be notified with estimated delivery time. We cannot give out exact
delivery dates since we are waiting for these products from the
factories. In some cases this can take up to 8 weeks.
Transit Time
On average, large items that do ship UPS take 10 to 14 business days
in transit from the time it ships, not from the time its ordered.
Most deliveries are made Monday thru Friday. We cannot give out
exact delivery dates, we only can tell you when your will or has
shipped. The delivery service will usually contact you to give you
your exact delivery date and time. CHECK YOUR EMAIL WE WILL SEND
YOU THE APPROXIMATE DELIVERY DATE SHORTLY AFTER YOUR ORDER IS PLACED
Furniture Assembly
Some items may require light assembly. Which can be done with basic
hand tools. (screw driver etc.)
All references to size, weight, construction and color are
approximate. We are not responsible for typographical errors.
Descriptions may refer to finish and or actual construction
materials.
Pricing:
If there is a pricing error on our web site, we will contact you
with the correct price before processing your order.
Discontinued Items
On occasion items will be discontinued without notice. In this case
we will contact you with a replacement or similar product. At this
time the order can be canceled without penalty.
Color Shades
Attention: we do not guarantee color, tone, shades or finishes on
any item because screen settings may vary from pc to pc. Our Quality
Satisfaction Guarantee is based on quality only. For the best
depiction of item color, set screen so that other items in the
picture seem to be in their natural color. If you are trying to
match items with other items you already have, you must do so at
your own risk. Please read our store policies before making a
purchase. MOST COLORS HAVE A GLIDDEN PAINT CHIP ASSOCIATED WITH
THEM AND CAN BE VIEWED AT MOST HOME DEPOT STORES.
Payment:
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discovercard, Money Orders, Personal
Checks, Cashiers Check. (we reserve the right to hold any check
until they clear) and bank transfers (call for account information)
When does my credit card get charged?
Your credit card will get charged 12-24 hours after you place your
order. We have a "Pre-pay" policy because most items are custom
built and to protect ourselves from fraudulent orders. IF YOUR
CREDIT CARD HAS A DAILY LIMIT IT MAY TAKE A FEW DAYS AND SEVERAL
TRANSACTIONS TO COMPLETE THE TRANSACTION.
Do you have a store?
Yes we have a showroom in La Verne, California, 2549
Sierra Way, Unit A. You need to call and make and appointment because someone
is not always there. Usually we are available 10 to 5 Monday thru
Friday and every other Saturday 10 to 5.
Returns
We can assure you that
our products are of high quality, and you will be satisfied. If an
item is delivered damaged, please report it to us within 48 hours
and it will be repaired to new condition, replaced or you can have
credit towards another item. Anyone returning orders without
authorization from us will be responsible for the cost to reship it
and the return will not be accepted. So please contact us, and make
us aware of the problems before returning it, so that we may
properly file a claim (according to procedure) with the shipping
service and set up a pick up from your location. YOU MUST KEEP AND
USE THE ORIGINAL SHIPPING CARTONS!!!!
Defective merchandise
needs to be returned prepaid to us (remember package so item do not
get damaged) we will then replace or repair any defective items and
return to you at our expense. Items that are abused or not covered
under warranty will be repaired or replaced and you will be billed
for the cost including shipping.
If you simply do not
like the choice you made or feel the product does not measure up you
your standards, the item may be returned for a refund minus a 20%
RESTOCKING fee on standard merchandise and a 30% RESTOCKING fee on
custom and the freight cost. YOU WILL PAY THE COST OF THE FREIGHT
BOTH
WAYS, THE FREIGHT TO YOU AND THE FREIGHT COST TO RETURN IT.
Items must be returned or arrangements made to return within 7 days
of receiving the merchandise and in the original shipping cartons.
YOU MUST KEEP AND USE THE ORIGINAL SHIPPING CARTONS!!!!
Canceling or
Changing Orders
Standard Items:
Once the items are billed, or in the shipping process,
there is a 20% cancellation fee. If the product has already shipped
there is a 20% restocking fee plus the freight charge, on custom
items there is a 30% cancellation charge.
Warranty
Information:
Most of the products we sell includes a warranty directly from the
company that manufactures the product. For further warranty
information on a specific product contact us.
Damaged or Incorrect Items:
Incorrect merchandise – Will be replaced or exchanged at no
charge. Cancellation or Restocking charges may apply if order is
cancelled. NO CANCELLATIONS OR CHANGES TO ORDERS WILL BE ACCEPTED
BY EMAIL YOU MUST CALL US AND ASK THAT A NEW INVOICE BE EMAILED OR
FAXED TO YOU.
Your Satisfaction Comes First with US! Any items damaged in transit
will be repaired to new condition or replaced. Usually we'll just
replace it. All items are inspected prior to shipment, but tiny
dings can happen during shipping. Please let us know if this happens
to your order, so that we may take care of it for you.
What if the merchandise is damaged?
Have the delivering driver mark on the freight bill which items were
damaged or shorted. If the merchandise is damaged beyond use, we ask
that you refuse those items. CALL US WHILE THE DRIVER IS THERE IF
POSSIBLE 909-394-7790 However, if it usable we suggest you keep it
until we get a replacement to you or we will have someone out to
repair it. In this case we will need a photo of the damaged
merchandise to determine what type of repairs or parts it will need.
In either case, please keep all packing that the merchandise came
in. REMEMBER KEEP THE BOXES IN CASE WE NEED TO PICK UP THE ITEMS
ALSO INSPECT ALL THE BOXES FOR DNETS HOLES ETC BEFORE THE DRIVER
LEAVES. Any damages or shortages must be noted on the freight bill.
We ask that you then call us to report the situation, and we will
file a claim and order the replacements. SHIPPING FURNITURE IS VERY
COMMON AND USUALLY ARRIVES IN GOOD CONDITION BUT IF NOT THE CLAIM IS
NOT A QUICK PROCESS, WE WILL REPLACE OR REPAIR YOUR ITEM AS QUICKLY
AS POSSIBLE. In no case can we accept reports of damages or
shortages after 48 hours of receipt. We are limited to the amount of
time the law allows for us to file a claim.
For missing parts etc. please contact us by phone or email within 7
days of receipt for replacement parts. |
